America's Party
The New Year's Eve festivities include both the themed fireworks extravaganza on the Las Vegas Strip and the live concerts and fireworks under the canopy at Fremont Street Experience. As a culmination to a full year of planning, Fireworks by Grucci will coordinate an eight-minute pyrotechnic display. The Rio will host the command center where the fireworks will be launched at midnight on January 1st from nine hotel-casinos along the Las Vegas Strip. Launch locations include MGM Grand, ARIA, Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island, Venetian, STRAT & SkyPod, Resorts World, and Fontainebleau.
